ABOUT
Most of us have experienced at some point a feeling of being stuck - not sure of our direction any more, whether in our jobs, relationships, responsibilities, or the environment we live in. We might find ourselves struggling with the same things over and over again, or be conflicted over different options and unable to choose, or feeling that whatever we try to do it seems there's no improvement. If this persists, mounting frustration can affect our quality of life and those around us. Aware something has to change but not knowing how to achieve it, we can then make use of some guidance to navigate through this, gaining clarity and acquiring skills to get ourselves unstuck.

I'm a UK-qualified Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist with prior experience as a field manager in conflict zones, working for the International Committee of the Red Cross and other international and non-governmental organizations.
My aim is to help people help themselves. I believe that whatever we wish to do with our life, whatever difference we'd like to make in the world, we'd always better start from sorting ourselves out. This is essential for our personal wellbeing, which in turn has positive effects on those close to us, ultimately resulting in a major contribution to social harmony.

I look forward to assisting you in this process!
